“Digital Expansion and Consolidation in Non-EU and Strategic International Markets”
Project Description
The project arises from the need to strengthen the brand’s presence in foreign markets through the adoption of advanced digital tools, participation in international industry fairs, and the implementation of a marketing automation strategy aimed at generating qualified leads (RFQ).
Objectives
- 01. Increase in exports to Turkish and Spanish-speaking markets.
- 02. Digitization of the product catalog with translations.
- 03. Optimization of the customer journey for international buyers.
Expected Results
- 01. 15% growth in foreign revenue within the first two years.
- 02. Acquisition of new strategic distributors in non-EU areas.
- 03. Consolidation of the brand’s digital identity.
